- Name (contact and rental enquiry forms)
- Rental preferences (Amsterdam Rentals enquiry form)
- Company name and region of interest (partner enquiry form)
We do not collect payment data directly. Payments are processed by Stripe, which has its own privacy policy.

How we use your data
We use your data to:
- Respond to your enquiry
- Send you the Lombok investment report if requested
- Send you the Mellvest Dispatch newsletter if you subscribed
- Follow up on partner or rental enquiries
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for automated decision-making.

How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry data for a maximum of 2 years. Newsletter subscribers are kept until they unsubscribe. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@mellvest.com.
