Mellvest is a research and media platform. We publish market data, analysis and reports on vacation rental markets in emerging destinations. We also provide rental search assistance in Amsterdam for both international professionals and Dutch residents.

The data and analysis published by Mellvest is based on publicly available sources and our own research. It is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not take into account your personal financial situation, investment objectives or risk tolerance.

Always consult a qualified financial adviser, legal adviser and tax adviser before making any property investment decision.

Mellvest offers paid subscriptions at €180 per quarter and €599 per year. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled before the next renewal date. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial periods.

Mellvest's Amsterdam rental search service operates on a no cure, no pay basis. A fee of one month's rent excluding VAT is charged only upon signing of a lease agreement. We act on behalf of the tenant and do not charge the landlord. This service is available to both international professionals and Dutch residents.

Partner listings on Mellvest are paid placements. They are clearly labelled and editorially separate from our research. Mellvest does not earn commission on property transactions introduced through partner listings.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
